About

I am an Associate in the Share Incentives team. I advise clients on the legal and tax aspects of their employee incentive arrangements, from tax-advantaged option schemes to cash-based remuneration packages, including their structuring, launch and operation.

We assist a broad client base across all sectors, from startups to established listed companies operating in the UK or globally. We also work closely with the Corporate and Employment teams to provide tailored advice to their clients on the share incentive elements of their corporate transactions and wider employment arrangements.

Experience

I assist with a variety of share incentive matters, including the grant of tax-advantaged options and other schemes, share incentives due diligence on corporate transactions, and advising clients on the impact of legislative changes on their share incentive arrangements.
