I head our Transformation Practice, where I work with our highly skilled lawyers and business teams to re-imagine how we deliver our services; to offer value to our clients in ways that will impress and delight them. I enjoy being challenged and taking advantage of the opportunities created by technological developments as well as meeting the changing needs of our clients certainly delivers that.

I worked as a solicitor for 15 years before moving into a leadership role and this gave me useful perspectives on the difficulties and possibilities facing law firms and their clients. Our clients expect us to be creative in our thinking, to collaborate with them to help them achieve success, and for us it is important that they have a positive experience of working with Lewis Silkin. My goal is to ensure we surpass these expectations.
