I am an Associate in the Employment team at Lewis Silkin, advising employers and individuals on a broad range of contentious and non-contentious matters.
During my training contract at the firm, I gained experience across several practice areas including Employment, Dispute Resolution and Immigration. I also completed two secondments at Monzo and the Royal Bank of Canada where I supported in-house lawyers on a range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters in the UK and across Europe and APAC.
Beyond my core practice I have assisted in running the firm's pro bono employment clinic and volunteered for the firm's mentoring scheme which pairs members of the firm with secondary school students from social mobility 'cold spot' areas to provide mentoring and career advice.
I completed my undergraduate degree in German at University College London. Before pursuing a career in law, I worked for several years in the charity and trade union sectors. I subsequently completed the GDL at The University of Law and the LPC LLM at BPP University, achieving a Distinction in both.
