I joined Lewis Silkin in 2015 as a member of the core employment team. Whilst there I advised employers and employees in all aspects of the employment life cycle. In particular, I supported HR professionals, in-house counsel and senior management with a range of contentious and non-contentious matters, including Employment Tribunal litigation. I also undertook two secondments, with a multi-national software business and a global financial services business, advising on employment law issues across a number of different jurisdictions.

I moved to the rockhopper team as a consultant lawyer in 2024. As a rockhopper lawyer, I am on call, by telephone and email, to advise employers from a variety of sectors on whatever HR or employee relations issues they need assistance with.
