I am an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team, with experience advising national and international clients, across the public and private sectors, on a broad range of commercial disputes.

I have experience pursuing and defending High Court proceedings, as well as engaging in alternative dispute resolution procedures with the aim of helping clients achieve favourable and certain outcomes.

My practice spans contractual and statutory interpretation disputes, commercial fraud cases, shareholder disputes and claims arising from corporate transactions.

  • Handling a broad range of significant, high-value litigation, including contractual and tort claims, commercial fraud cases and shareholder disputes
  • Representing clients to both pursue and defend complex, high-profile litigation in the High Court, with experience in group litigation
  • Providing strategic advice on pre-action disputes and alternative dispute resolution, ensuring beneficial and cost-effective outcomes
  • Advising clients on contractual rights and obligations, including assessing the legal and commercial consequences of proposed actions
