I am an Associate in the Employment team, advising employers on both contentious and non‑contentious matters. I began my career as an employment paralegal, working in the field for several years before qualifying into an employment litigation role.
I regularly act for both employer and employee clients in Employment Tribunal claims, from wages and dismissal claims, to complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters. Beyond litigation, I advise on the full range of day‑to‑day employment issues, including contracts, policies, grievances and workplace change. I have a particular interest in advising employers on managing employee performance, conducting fair dismissal processes, and navigating discrimination and equality matters.
I work with clients across a range of sectors. My approach is to understand each client's individual priorities, tailoring advice that is commercially grounded, proportionate and focused on achieving the best outcome for them.
