I am a member of the LS In-house team and have been seconded to the in-house legal teams of global tech, energy and financial services organisations. I advise on all aspects of the employment relationship from recruitment to termination, providing clear, practical advice that enables clients to achieve their objectives while mitigating legal risk. I have experience advising on international employment law issues, in particular across the EMEA region.

  • Advising on day-to-day queries covering a variety of issues including investigations, disciplinary and grievance processes, reorganisations, recruitment, employee exits, contractual issues, diversity and belonging initiatives
  • Assisting clients with litigation in the UK and across the EMEA region
  • Providing advice on multi-jurisdictional projects including co-ordinating local counsel and advising on issues from an employment context as well as highlighting pensions, share options and data protection / privacy issues
