I am an Associate in the Corporate team in Manchester. I advise a range of clients on a broad spectrum of corporate and transactional matters, with a particular focus on mergers and acquisitions and venture capital, as well as providing general corporate advice. I act for startups, growth companies, founders, investors, and corporates across the full company lifecycle, from early-stage financings through to exits.

Beyond my client work, I'm actively involved in Future-Pro Manchester, a committee dedicated to promoting and developing young talent in Greater Manchester's business community. Through this role, I help foster meaningful connections between junior professionals, promote career development opportunities, and support initiatives that reflect the energy and ambition of Manchester's corporate and finance community. I'm also a forum member of the Manchester Law Society Corporate and Commercial Forum.
