I am an Associate Solicitor with over 4 years of experience advising on employment law.

I currently advise companies and individuals on all aspects of employment law including; Tribunal claims, day to day HR advice, staff training, changes to policies and contracts, minimum wage compliance, and assistance with negotiations with employees.

  • Providing advice and representation in the Employment Tribunal to a senior employee who had faced discrimination following her maternity leave.
  • Advising a business on their obligations under the working time regulations and compliance with national minimum wage as well as undertaking an audit of their working practices.
  • Advising businesses on changes to terms and conditions, managing sickness absence, disciplinaries, and grievances.
