I'm a Legal Director in the Digital, Commerce & Creative team. I specialise in advising clients regarding consumer regulation.
Previously I was Director of Consumer Protection at the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA), where I led number of high-profile investigations into breaches of consumer law since 2014.
Before joining the CMA, I was a consumer lawyer at the Office of Fair Trading (OFT) and I advised on regulatory issues at the Office of Rail and Road (ORR). I began my career practising as a solicitor, specialising in commercial litigation.
