I joined Lewis Silkin in 2024 as an Immigration Paralegal based in our Dublin office.

As a member of the Immigration Team, I provide fee-earning support to associates across a diverse range of immigration matters. My experience spans right to work applications in Ireland as well as personal immigration cases, enabling me to assist clients with both corporate and individual needs.

I graduated from Dublin City University with a Bachelor of Civil Law in 2024. Prior to joining Lewis Silkin, I gained valuable administrative and public law experience as a Legal Assistant at a leading Irish law firm.

Experience

Employment Permit and Visa Applications

  • Assisting clients across a diverse range of industries, including technology, finance and construction
  • Assisting clients with relocating their employees and families to Ireland
  • Preparing applications for Critical Skills Employment Permits, Intra-Company Transfer Employment Permits and General Employment Permits
  • Preparing employment and joint family visa applications for non-EEA nationals
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure all requirements are satisfied prior to submission
  • Keeping clients informed of application progress and developments in Irish immigration law
  • Monitoring permission expiry dates and managing renewal applications
  • Supporting clients with Stamp 4 applications following employment permit renewals.

Family Visa Applications

  • Assisting with personal immigration matters, including spouse and de facto partner visa applications
  • Reviewing documentation to ensure all requirements are satisfied prior to submission
  • Preparing visa application documentation and completing application forms
  • Supporting clients with EU Treaty Rights applications
  • Liaising with the Department of Justice, Embassies, Consulates and other relevant authorities on behalf of clients
  • Providing guidance on eligibility requirements and application timelines
  • Assisting with appeals when applications are refused.

Citizenship Applications

  • Advising on naturalisation applications based on residency, marriage, and applications on behalf of minors
  • Supporting clients with Foreign Birth Registration applications
  • Reviewing and compiling supporting documentation to evidence residency requirements.
