I am a privacy and reputation lawyer, admitted to practise in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland with over 13 years' experience advising clients across multiple jurisdictions in disputes relating principally to defamation, privacy, harassment and crisis and reputation management. Past and present clients range multinational corporations to high profile public figures.

I am also a Co-Founder and Committee Member of Next Generation Media Lawyers, a professional association and networking group, specifically for practitioners in media law.

  • Representing claimants and defendants in High Court litigation in England & Wales, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland in disputes relating to defamation, privacy, harassment, malicious falsehood, data protection and breach of confidence. Notable cases include a landmark privacy ruling on intermediary liability, resulting in the first privacy-related damages award in the United Kingdom against this particular intermediary
  • Representing high-profile individuals in the unlawful information gathering / phone hacking litigation against News Group Newspapers Limited and MGN Limited
