About

I have nearly 20 years experience and joined the LS In-house team in 2014 as a Senior Employment Lawyer. During that time I was on secondment to a large number of clients including a global management consulting firm, a business oriented social networking service corporation, a global bank and a public service broadcaster. I advised on a wide range of contentious, non-contentious and advisory employment law matters in the UK and across EMEA.

I joined the rockhopper team in 2025 and specialise in advising clients on defending employment tribunal claims. During my secondments I gained valuable experience in handling employment tribunal litigation internally as well as managing external counsel.
