About

I joined the rockhopper team with over 10 years' experience in employment law, having trained at a global City firm before moving to a specialist employment practice. I have advised employers in various industry sectors on all aspects of employment and HR issues whilst also acting for senior executives in the negotiation of service agreements and exit packages. I have extensive Employment Tribunal experience, having represented both individuals and companies in all types of claims including unfair dismissal, complex discrimination, equal pay and whistleblowing.

I hold an undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Manchester and completed my post-graduate Legal Practice Course at the College of Law, London.

  • Assisting with the termination of employment
  • Reviewing existing and drafting new services agreements, contracts, handbooks and policies
  • advising on restructures, redundancy, TUPE and collective consultations
  • Assisting in the defence of all types of Employment Tribunal claims
  • Advising on High Court claims and injunctive relief as a result of breaches of contract including confidentiality obligations and post-termination restrictions
