About

I work with businesses and their employees to help them through Irish immigration and global mobility. I advise on employment permits, labour market needs tests, Stamp 4 applications and ongoing right-to-work compliance.

I have experience of both the Irish and UK immigration systems, including the UK Points-Based System and sponsor licence compliance, and I have helped coordinate global mobility projects across several jurisdictions. I also have a broader background in employment, banking and finance and restructuring, which helps me give practical advice with the client's business needs in mind.

I support a diverse range of clients, from SMEs to multinationals, across sectors including finance, health, manufacturing, sport and hospitality.

Experience

  • Advising employers on General and Critical Skills Employment Permit applications, including eligibility reviews, salary threshold assessments and occupation code (SOC) mapping
  • Guiding employers through Labour Market Needs Test requirements and reviewing job adverts for compliance before applications are submitted
  • Supporting employees and their families with Stamp 4 applications, IRP registrations and renewals
  • Advising employers on right-to-work compliance and on managing employees whose immigration permission is at risk
