My work sits at the intersection of IP, commercial strategy and creative industries. I specialise in complex IP transactions - high-value sponsorship deals, talent agreements, creative partnerships, media buying negotiations and media catalogue acquisitions. I've also spent time in-house at a media agency, a Premier League football club, a model agency and a theatre, so I get the commercial pressures my clients face and how to get deals over the line.
Music is a real sweet spot for me and I've been named as a key lawyer in Music by Legal 500. I help my clients navigate the convergence of music and brands - from rights clearances for live events and campaigns, to negotiations with rightsholders, through to investment in music rights and catalogues. Beyond music, I work with clients across fashion, talent and media; always with a focus on protecting, leveraging and commercialising IP rights in creative spaces.
