About

I have practised employment law for over 10 years, both in private practice and in-house roles. I am passionate about this work, and aim to provide pragmatic, clear advice to a business, while keeping in mind the importance of their employment to the individual.

I can set up a business up for success by drafting employee and independent contractor contracts and the full suite of employment policies. When dealing with workforce planning, I provide strategic advice and practical assistance with the execution of the plan, be it a redundancy process, restructuring or TUPE transfer. And if things go wrong, I can support with disciplinary, capability and grievance issues, and negotiating settlement agreements. I have experience defending claims in the Employment Tribunal, including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims.

I enjoy a challenge, which is just as well, as I currently combine my young family with work and running up mountains whenever I can!

I am also a member of the Employment Lawyers' Association
