About

I am an Associate in the firm's Employment team based in Manchester. I studied Law at the University of Birmingham and completed my LPC in 2021. Prior to joining LS, I completed my training contract at an international Big Four accountancy firm in London where I gained experience assisting in a variety of global employment law projects, resulting in a high-level of awareness of employment law matters outside of the UK.

  • Advising national and global clients on obligations under TUPE and consultation obligations for individual redundancies.
  • Drafting and advising on a range of employment documents, such as settlement agreements and reviewing contracts of employment for legal compliance.
  • Conducting due diligence reviews reviews in support of corporate transactions and inputting into transaction documents.
  • Drafting and updating policies in a UK employee handbook for a global charitable organisation, ensuring harmonisation with its US handbook and client's global aims as far as local laws permitted.
  • Managing a global employment law helpline for an electronics manufacturing company, including co-ordination and review of employment law advice in nearly 40 jurisdictions before delivering advice to the client, alongside advising on UK employment law queries.
