About

I am an Associate in the Immigration team and I advise on UK immigration matters.

I am experienced in advising both corporate and private clients across a variety of immigration categories, including Skilled Worker, Creative Worker, Family routes, Settlement, EU Settlement Scheme, and Nationality applications. I specialise in all aspects of UK Business Immigration law and advise organisations on sponsor compliance and sponsor licence applications.

I earned my BA at the University of Calgary (Canada) and my LLB at Queen Mary University of London before completing the Legal Practice Course/Master of Business, Law and Management at the University of Law, Bloomsbury. I am a member of the Immigration Law Practioners' Association.

Experience

UK Immigration

  • Providing strategic advice and managing global immigration programmes for a range of financial services, technology and media companies
  • Advising private clients on settlement, nationality and Appendix FM applications
  • Coordinating Creative Worker visas for large UK theatre productions and tours
  • Advising corporate clients of various sizes on sponsor compliance and obligations
  • Training clients on compliance issues including Right to Work, prevention of illegal working, digital eVisa changes and key updates to the immigration rules
