About

I am a Senior Lawyer within the rockhopper team. I have worked at Lewis Silkin for over 15 years - initially within the main employment team and then as one of the first rockhopper lawyers when the rockhopper service was created. Remote working with rockhopper has enabled me to enjoy more of an outdoor lifestyle in the country.

I advise clients on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment matters, from the start of the employment relationship to the end and beyond. This includes ad hoc employment queries (contracts, policies, grievances, disciplinaries and dismissals etc.) as well as more complex or ongoing matters such as managing long term sickness absence cases and redundancy & restructuring exercises. I liaise with specialists within Lewis Silkin as required (for example in relation to tax, immigration and data protection).

I work with many different kinds of clients, covering a broad range of sectors. I aim to give concise, practical and commercial advice that reflects the situation of the client in question.
