I am an associate at Lewis Silkin in our Employment team, advising employers and individuals on all aspects of employment law, covering contentious matters and advisory work. My work also has a strong international element and I regularly advise on cross-border issues.

I work for clients across all industries but I have particular interest in financial and professional services, sports clients and pharmaceutical companies.

  • Advising on day-to-day employee relations advice on issues arising throughout the employment relationship including employment contracts and handbooks, performance issues, sickness, grievance and disciplinary processes, family rights, redundancies (including collective processes), TUPE, terminations and exits
  • Advising on cross-border employment issues including redundancies and restructuring for international businesses, and employee relations issues with international elements
  • Assisting in Employment Tribunal litigation including whistleblowing, discrimination and unfair dismissal claims, as well as alternative dispute resolution processes
