I am a partner in the firm's Digital, Creative and Commerce (DCC) team.
I have almost two decades of experience working with major consumer, retail and FMCG brands, and am a leading adviser in all aspects of advertising and marketing law. I have deep expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and in IP rights protection and exploitation. I frequently advises clients in relation to brand activation and sponsorship, as well as helping to navigate consumer rights and regulatory issues. In addition to my private practice experience, I spent considerable time within industry, undertaking secondments at a range of high-profile corporates including British Gas, ITV, Co-Op Group and McDonalds.
