I am a Senior Employment Lawyer in the Rockhopper team with over 15 years' experience in private practice. My focus is on delivering pragmatic, strategic advice. I work across a broad spectrum of sectors, including retail and fashion, pharmaceutical, healthcare, food and drink, advertising, technology, media, banking and finance, charities, and education. I have a strong expertise in advisory work and complex litigation.

Experience

  • Managing Tribunal, EAT and Court of Appeal claims including unfair dismissal, discrimination, stress, and whistleblowing
  • Working closely with businesses on all employee relations issues, including disciplinaries, grievances, sickness absence, performance management and family friendly matters
  • Negotiating senior level exits and settlement agreements
  • Advising businesses on Individual and collective redundancies and TUPE transfers including multi-site redundancies and international group relocation
