About

I am a Trainee Solicitor at Lewis Silkin, having started my training contract in September 2024. Currently based in the London office, I am undertaking my second seat in the Real Estate department, following my first seat in Immigration. Alongside my legal work, I am an active member of the firm's Diversity groups, particularly the Race & Ethnicity group, where I support initiatives promoting equitable opportunities within the firm. I am also involved in the AMICUS Pro Bono Project, where I provide free legal services to underserved communities, reinforcing my commitment to access to justice.

Raised between Minnesota, USA, and Sierra Leone, with Lebanese heritage alongside Palestinian and Spanish roots, I bring a global perspective, adaptability, and a deep commitment to inclusivity. I am fluent in English, Arabic, and Krio, and I speak conversational Spanish, which enhances my ability to engage across multicultural settings. This commitment to inclusivity extends beyond my work at the firm - I volunteer at the Greenwich Food Bank and deliver career-focused sessions through Lewis Silkin's London Law Careers Sessions, helping underprivileged students pursue legal careers.

I hold an upper second-class honours degree in Law (LLB) from the University of Leicester, where I served as Chairperson of the Law Society. After my undergraduate studies, I completed the LPC at BPP University, Holborn.

My commercial law experience includes vacation schemes at leading firms such as Farrer & Co, Clyde & Co and Bird & Bird. These opportunities have strengthened my skills in legal writing, document drafting, attention to detail, and commercial awareness.
