I've been litigating intellectual property rights for over twenty years, having started as an IP solicitor in London where I used my academic background in life sciences to advise on pharmaceutical and medical device litigation.
I then qualified as a barrister in Canada where I worked for 15 years at an international law firm, before founding a Canadian IP litigation boutique. I am also a Canadian trademark agent.
Throughout my career, I have been trial counsel on every intellectual property right but have focused on patent litigation in complex technologies and cross-jurisdictional matters. A key area of my practice has involved seeking interim relief including injunctions, search and seizure orders and freezing injunctions.
