I am an experienced employment lawyer, having worked most of my legal career in house in retail and aviation. I have a wide remit of experience from employment advisory, employment tribunal litigation, exits and drafting settlement agreements as well as TUPE, restructures (particularly large complex ones during my time in retail), IR35 and Agency Workers. I have supported with training during my time in house, particularly senior managers and HR teams as well as developing policies.
