The Gender Pay Gap Information Act 2021, signed last July, sets out the legislative basis for Gender Pay Gap (GPG) reporting in Ireland – and employers who are required to report are expected to pick a “snapshot” date in June, on which they must collect the data, and then report on it within a six-month period.
