The CMA has resolved its investigation into ASOS, Boohoo and George at Asda, who have each committed to a series of detailed undertakings, including a commitment to comply with a set of specific rules around the use of green claims. Geraint commented that the voluntary agreement would be a relief to the firms involved, whilst establishing clearer guidelines for the future.
