Lewis Silkin has been ranked in The Times’ top three firms for employment law in England and Wales. These firms were identified according to the number of recommendations received from about 3,900 solicitors and barristers.
This is the seventh consecutive year that we have been included in The Times’ list, which names the best 250 firms in England and Wales across 28 categories.
Recent work highlighted by The Times included:
- our investigation into allegations of wrongdoing by presenter Gregg Wallace on and off set in the making of the MasterChef and other programmes. Over the course of seven months, the Lewis Silkin team spoke to 78 witnesses, and analysed relevant documentation and unedited programme footage. Ultimately, the investigation substantiated 45 of the allegations against Gregg Wallace
- our work advising Aon on a very substantial conspiracy claim seeking injunctive relief and damages, arising from alleged unlawful poaching raids conducted across diverse jurisdictions
- our work advising DS Smith on a large volume of global mobility issues relating to the recruitment, employment and relocation of employees around the world
