Over the course of the in-person half-day session, we will provide you with a practical understanding of the options within the immigration system for businesses to secure international talent, as well as the key recent and upcoming political and operational changes you need to be on top of.

We will be delving into:

  • The Immigration White Paper (of course!)
  • immigration routes that allow work, focusing on the Skilled Worker and Senior or Specialist Worker routes; 
  • sponsorship duties for sponsoring workers;
  • right to work compliance;
  • visiting the UK for business purposes; and
  • eVisas and ETAs.

Designed for junior and mid-level HR professionals, we use real-life examples and case studies to bring immigration concepts and issues to life.
