- AI in employee relations: How to approach the growing use of AI by employees in grievances, disciplinary processes and recruitment - including recognising AI-generated content and responding appropriately.
- AI in tribunal litigation: The increasing prevalence of AI in Employment Tribunal proceedings, the current lack of consistency among tribunal judges, and the emerging need for formal guidance on its use.
We will also touch on related topics, including practical approaches to monitoring and setting boundaries around AI use within your organisation, and developing clear policies that communicate expectations to your workforce.
