Alexandria (Lexi) Lutz is General Counsel at Summize, an AI contract intelligence platform built for in-house legal teams. She shapes company and product strategy, advises the executive team, and works directly with legal leaders navigating AI adoption in their organisations. Prior to Summize, she was at Nordstrom, serving as the primary legal contact for privacy, cybersecurity, and AI. She holds certifications in U.S. and European data protection (CIPP/US, CIPP/E) and AI governance (AIGP) from the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Lexi is a regular speaker and writer on AI in legal practice, bringing the perspective of a GC who intentionally leverages technology every day to run a legal function.

Baroness Kidron

Baroness Kidron is a leading voice on children’s rights in the digital environment and digital regulation. She has played a central role in establishing standards for online safety and privacy across the world.

Baroness Kidron sits as a crossbench peer in the House of Lords. She is Honorary President and Founder of the 5Rights Foundation and a Visiting Professor at the LSE, where she chairs the Digital Futures for Children research centre. At the University of Oxford, she is advisor to the Institute for Ethics in AI, Fellow at Jesus College, and a Visiting Fellow at the Department of Computer Science.

Before joining the House of Lords, Kidron was an award-winning filmmaker. In 2006, she co-founded the charity Filmclub (now Into Film) and was awarded an OBE for services to drama in 2012.

Users, Baroness Kidron’s first book, recalling her work on digital rights and setting out her proposals for a brighter technological future, was published in June 2026.

David Blayney KC is a barrister at Serle Court with more than 30 years' experience in complex commercial disputes. He is also the founder and CEO of Associo, a platform that helps litigation teams manage complex cases using AI, structured analysis and collaborative review.

Emre Kazim
Co-Founder and Co-CEO, Holistic.ai

Emre Kazim is the co-founder and co-CEO of Holistic AI, creators of the industry-leading AI Governance Platform for the enterprise. Holistic’s mission is to empower enterprises to adopt and scale AI with confidence. Since founding the company in 2020, Emre has led Holistic's efforts to accelerate AI transformation in leading enterprises including Allegis, Mapfre, Michelin, Unilever, Wikimedia, and Writer.

Emre has an extensive background in AI ethics and governance, and has published more than 50 peer-reviewed articles in collaboration with government and industry leaders. Before founding Holistic AI, Emre was part of the University College London’s computer science department responsible for developing an interdisciplinary response to the issue of AI ethics, through which he met Adriano, his fellow co-founder and co-CEO.

He is an official member of Forbes Technology Council 2026, an active member of the NIST AI Safety Institute and a member of OECD's Network of Experts on AI. An alumnus of UCL and King's College London, Emre holds an MSci in Chemistry and, MA, and Ph.D. in Philosophy.

Guy Parker
Chief Executive, ASA

Guy is the Chief Executive of the ASA, the UK’s frontline regulator of ads in all media including online. Responsible for executing the ASA’s strategy - AI-assisted, collective ad regulation - he oversees all functions of the ASA system. He is also President of the International Council for Advertising Self-regulation (ICAS) Global Think Tank and Chairman of the Fundraising Regulator’s Standards Committee, as well as a Board member of the European Advertising Standards Alliance (EASA), the Fundraising Regulator and the Creative Industries Independent Standards Authority (CIISA).

Hayley Fletcher
Senior Director, Consumer Protection, CMA

Hayley Fletcher is the Senior Director for Consumer Protection at the CMA, responsible for its consumer enforcement work under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act (DMCCA). She was previously a Director working across the CMA's enforcement and markets tools, including its work on AI Foundation Models.

Prior to joining the CMA, Hayley worked at a number of regulators, including the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), Ofcom and the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA). Hayley holds an MSc in Regulation from the London School of Economics.

Hazel Butler
Head of Legal Operations, IG Group

Hazel Butler is a Legal Operations leader with more than 15 years' experience in global, regulated organisations, including seven years leading legal transformation initiatives at Vodafone Group. A specialist in legal technology, AI, operating model design and process optimisation, she helps legal teams harness innovation to improve efficiency, manage risk and deliver greater business value. A former commercial solicitor, Hazel combines strong legal judgement with a pragmatic, data-driven approach to transforming legal functions and enabling commercial growth.

Hector de Rivoire
Director, Responsible AI Public Policy, Microsoft

Hector de Rivoire is Director of Public Policy in Microsoft’s Office of Responsible AI. He focuses on the governance of safety and security risks associated with advanced AI systems, working closely with AI engineers, product owners, and policymakers to help develop durable AI governance frameworks. Before taking on his current role, Hector held various policy positions at Microsoft, both in France and at the global level. Prior to joining the company, he served as an economic counsellor at the French Treasury. He holds master’s degrees from the London School of Economics and Sciences Po Strasbourg and is a Visiting Lecturer at Sciences Po Paris.

Kate Jones
CEO, Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum

Kate Jones is the Chief Executive Officer of the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum. Kate leads this innovative team, working to increase and deepen coordination between UK regulators of online services and technology for the benefit of businesses and their customers. 
 
Before joining the DRCF, Kate was an expert consultant and researcher on the governance of emerging technologies, with particular regard to human rights law, public international law and diplomacy. She was an Associate Fellow with the International Law Programme at Chatham House, Senior Associate with Oxford Information Labs, and member of the advisory board of an AI ethics company. She has published and spoken widely on aspects of national and international tech governance. 
 
Kate is a member of the Leadership Council for the Women Regulators Network, which aims to increase the presence and influence of women in regulatory leadership globally. She is also a trustee of the British Institute of International and Comparative Law, reflecting her background as a public international lawyer. Prior to her work on tech governance, she had a varied career as a British diplomat, international and human rights lawyer, Oxford University academic and course director. Kate took her undergraduate and postgraduate degrees in law at the University of Oxford and qualified as a UK solicitor at Norton Rose.

Matthew Hendra
Legal Counsel, Thales UK

Matthew has over twelve years’ experience in employment law and has represented both individuals and companies across a wide range of employment tribunal claims. 

In Matthew’s current in-house role at Thales, he is responsible for driving digital transformation across the Legal, Compliance and Contracts team. He also represents the UK business at group level in legal discussions on a range of topics, including AI and digital innovation.

Matthew has a particular interest in AI experimentation and how AI can be utilised efficiently in the workplace. Recent projects include AI-coding document analysis and tribunal bundle creation software, as well as training software models to detect potential legal claims and issues.

With a background that blends hands on litigation experience with a deep interest in legal innovation, Matthew brings a unique view of how AI is shaping litigation.

Melissa is an experienced legal and business leader who has held senior roles including General Counsel, Head of Legal and Chief of Staff. With extensive expertise across M&A, governance, compliance, risk and legal operations, she has a strong track record of leading high-performing teams and delivering complex business-critical projects.

Her experience includes leading the legal team at Dr. Martens, managing legal matters for the iconic O2 brand, supporting major transactions such as the O2 and Virgin Media joint venture, and working as part of the O2 UK Executive Team. Her work spans governance, organisational change and strategic business leadership, helping organisations navigate complex operational and regulatory challenges.

Oliver Loach 
People Director, Mitie

Ollie Loach is Group People Director at Mitie Group plc, the FTSE-listed facilities management business, where he oversees employment law, people strategy and workforce transformation across a 65,000-employee organisation. A dual-qualified Chartered Fellow of the CIPD and solicitor, his career has combined senior HR leadership with employment law, including responsibility for technology and organisational change programmes at Mitie - among them a frontline engagement platform rolled out to all employees, and the integration of large workforces following a number of acquisition. His work sits at the practical intersection of workforce leadership and large-scale change, informing his perspective on this panel's themes of leadership, culture and accountability in an AI-enabled environment.

Rob Price is Co-founder of Futuria.ai, an Agentic AI scale-up operating across the US and UK, helping organisations move from experimentation to scaled deployment of agentic systems that deliver measurable operational impact. A Solicitor of England and Wales, she has spent over seven years in-house at B2B SaaS start-ups and scale-ups, including nearly five years at RegTech start-up Suade Labs, where she joined as its first legal hire and went on to become VP of Legal and Operations. She holds an LLB from Trinity College Dublin and is known for a pragmatic, solutions-driven approach that connects legal decision-making to broader business strategy.

Sophia Ignatidou
Head of AI, ICO

Sophia is the Head of AI (Regulatory Policy and Supervision) at the ICO, leading the UK data protection regulator's Artificial Intelligence Department. She manages ICO's centre of excellence on emerging AI policy and strategic engagement, providing strategic leadership and covering areas such as generative and agentic AI, or automated decision-making. She represents the ICO at a variety of international and domestic fora, and in particular the Digital Regulation Cooperation Forum (DRCF) as the ICO sponsor of the Artificial Intelligence workstream, driving cross-regulatory cooperation since its inception.
