Arrival information

Please arrive from 12:00pm for registration and lunch. On arrival, please check in at the welcome desk as you enter the Monarch Foyer.

You may leave any belongings with the Fairmont team, who will either deliver them to your room or, if you are not staying overnight, store them securely in the Apollo Room until the end of the day.

Wi-Fi

• Open Network: Fairmont Windsor Park
• Instructions: No passcode is required. Once connected to the network, it will direct you to a landing page where you will be prompted to enter your email address.

Check-in & check-out

• All guests will have a room booked for Friday 13th November unless it has been communicated otherwise with Paris
• For those guests, we have arranged a group check-in, and you will be able to collect your room key from the registration desk in the Monarch Foyer from 17:15
• Early check in cannot be guaranteed if requested
• Everyone will need to ensure they have checked out before the sessions begin at 10:00 on Saturday morning

Private work / meeting rooms

• If you need to catch up on emails or take time out for work, Primrose can be used
• For private meetings, we have two smaller boardrooms, Angel and Holly. Please contact paris.king@lewisilkin.com if you wish to pre book
• All meeting rooms are located on floor -1 (please refer to floor map above)

Dinner & Breakfast

• Dinner: A seated dinner will be held in the Hanover Suite, with welcome drinks served from 7:00pm in the Hanover Lounge
• Post-dinner drinks: Following dinner, drinks will be served in the Library
• Breakfast: Breakfast will be served from 7:00am to 10:00am in the Windsor Brasserie

Facilities

• The pool and gym facilities are available for you to use up until 10am on Sunday 14th November
• Those who wish to book spa treatments may do so at their leisure by contacting WellnessSpa.WindsorPark@Fairmont.com.
