I am a Legal Assistant in the Lewis Silkin Hong Kong office.
Before commencing training at Lewis Silkin, I completed my JD and PCLL at The Chinese University of Hong Kong. I also hold a BSc in Economics from Royal Holloway, University of London.

Employment and Immigration
- Advising on employee exits and terminations;
- Co-ordinating multi-jurisdictional advice and international employment projects;
- Reviewing employment contracts, employee handbooks and workplace policies;
- Advising on early MPF withdrawals; and
- Advising on various Hong Kong visa applications.
Litigation
- Assisting in contested interlocutory applications at the High Court;
- Assisting in debt recovery claims and counterclaims;
- Assisting in disputes in relation to employees' claims for contractual and statutory entitlements;
- Assisting in disputes in relation to misappropriated confidential information and trade secrets; and
- Drafting court documents, non-disclosure agreements and settlement agreements.
