Join our annual webinar, where we review developments in advertising law and regulation in 2023 and what’s coming up in 2024.

In 2023, there were significant developments in the laws and regulations that govern advertising and marketing. These include new guidance on misleading omissions and social responsibility in environmental advertising and the roll out of the Advertising Standards Authority’s new Intermediary and Platform Principles. We witnessed the introduction of the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Bill, and we expect it to become law in 2024. We will be discussing these key developments, together with others which have not only impacted our past year, but also set the stage for the challenges and opportunities that lie ahead next year.
