I am an Associate in in Lewis Silkin’s Employment and Immigration team, based in Belfast.
I have a range of employment law experience in Northern Ireland. I have worked for and advised public sector, private sector and charitable employers on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
In relation to contentious litigation, I have represented employees and employers in the Industrial Tribunal and Fair Employment Tribunal in claims of unfair dismissal, discrimination, TUPE and whistleblowing.
I also provide advice on internal matters including grievances, disciplinaries, changes to terms and conditions and industrial action, as well as providing practical guidance in respect of day-to-day employee relations issues.
I am a member of the Employment Lawyers Group NI.
