I have worked at Lewis Silkin for over seventeen years, advising a wide variety of clients, with a focus on those in the professional and financial services sectors. My day-to-day advisory work encompasses a full range of employment matters, including redundancies, discrimination in the workplace, complex disciplinary and grievance issues and contractual rights. I have particular expertise in running multi-jurisdiction projects for global clients, as well as advising on disability and ill health issues, sex discrimination and family rights. In addition to advisory work, I am also a member of the firm's Investigations and Regulatory group and regularly carry out sensitive workplace investigations.

Co-ordinating large multi-jurisdictional advice projects for clients, particularly in the professional services sector, (including on changes to terms and conditions, restructuring and collective redundancy scenarios)
Advising on disability and ill health issues in the workplace, including navigating tricky issues relating to return to work and permanent health insurance
Guiding clients through senior disputes and exits, as well as high value discrimination issues, providing hands on support at every stage of the process
Resolving high value discrimination litigation for financial services clients

Investigation & regulatory

Investigating allegations of discrimination and bullying for numerous clients, including law firms
Investigating potential breaches of contractual terms and misuse of confidential information for financial services clients
