This session will provide an update on all key TUPE developments over the past year or so.

Most of the recent cases have been about the service provision change regime, so we will focus particularly on that topic while covering all other relevant decisions. We have also invited an HR professional with significant practical experience of TUPE transfers to share some thoughts and tips with you in a panel Q&A discussion part of the session. Finally, we will consider what implications Brexit might have for the future of TUPE and will explain what steps you can take now to protect your business and future-proof contracts against the different possible permutations.
