In this panel, we move beyond the initial push for representation to explore how firms are evolving their inclusion strategies to focus on progression, retention, and real cultural change. We’ll discuss the next phase of D&I in law: accountability, allyship that drives results, and the role of underrepresented lawyers in shaping firm culture and leadership.
Our panellists - a mix of lawyers, trainees, and D&I specialists - will share their experiences navigating the profession, reflect on where D&I efforts have succeeded or fallen short, and offer advice to aspiring lawyers from diverse backgrounds who want to make their mark in the profession.

This is a candid, future-facing conversation about what needs to happen after the launch of the D&I strategy - and how students and young professionals can be part of that shift from day one.
