Lewis Silkin’s French Desk advises Descours & Cabaud Slovakia, part of the French group Descours & Cabaud, on its acquisitions of Hayley cz

The French Desk of Lewis Silkin assisted existing client the Descours & Cabaud Group in its acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Hayley cz, a company based in the Czech Republic.

The seller was Hayley Group in which Descours & Cabaud already owns a 50% stake. This transaction, which completed in December 2017, will facilitate the integration of Hayley cz into the Descours & Cabaud group in Slovakia and the Czech Republic and increase the group offering in this part of Eastern Europe.

The French Desk team worked in close collaboration with Premysl Marek, a corporate partner in the Prague office of law firm PETERKA & PARTNERS and with Descours & Cabaud’s General Counsel Bernard Van Der Elst.
