Earlier this year, our Corporate team advised the shareholders of leading international provider of scientific consulting and regulatory content services Yordas Group, on a landmark transaction; its sale to 3E, the US-headquartered global provider of expert-led AI compliance solutions. Insider Media described the deal as “a Lancashire university spin-out sold to a US buyer in a rapid turnaround, navigating multiple legal entities.
