Sopra Steria, a European Tech leader recognised for its consulting, digital services and software development has acquired Graffica, a specialist provider of simulation products, software systems and consultancy services to the transport industry.
The deal further supports the development of Sopra Steria UK’s transport sector. Graffica brings an in-depth knowledge and understanding of systems architecture, proven simulation and modelling capabilities, and transport industry expertise.
The Lewis Silkin team was led by Corporate partners, Paul Rajput and Geraint Tilsley, with support from Sadiq Tajbhai, Natalie Wilson and Matthew Rowbotham.
