Bringing almost two decades of experience working with major consumer, retail and FMCG brands, Rebecca is a leading adviser in all aspects of advertising and marketing law and has deep expertise in drafting and negotiating commercial agreements and in IP rights protection and exploitation.
Rebecca frequently advises clients in relation to brand activation and sponsorship, as well as helping to navigate consumer rights and regulatory issues. In addition to her private practice experience, Rebecca has spent considerable time within industry, undertaking secondments at a range of high-profile corporates including British Gas, ITV, Co-Op Group and McDonalds.
Rebecca joins Lewis Silkin’s multidisciplinary Digital, Creative and Commerce (DCC) practice which comprises 11 partners across the firm’s six UK offices.
Rebbeca further enhances the firm’s DCC offering in the North of England which was kickstarted last year with the appointment of partner Laura Harper. Since launching in 2022, Lewis Silkin’s Manchester office has grown to comprise five partners and 30 professionals. Together with the firm’s 11-strong team based in Leeds, the two offices provide a comprehensive offering to innovative and creative businesses in the region.
