She has extensive experience of leading complex litigation in the Employment Tribunal, and provides pragmatic and commercial advice on employment and partnership matters. She works regularly with clients regulated by the SRA, advising on sensitive partner issues. Anna is also expert in conducting investigations. She leads Lewis Silkin’s LGBT+ network, Lewis SilkOut.
Kevin Gallagher is an expert in defending complex claims in the Industrial Tribunal, the County Court and High Court in Northern Ireland. He also provides practical and commercial advice to clients on a wide range of employment related issues including contentious disputes, senior exits, discrimination issues and workplace reorganisations. Kevin has particular expertise in conducting sensitive investigations involving serious allegations against senior staff members.
Roch Glowacki advises companies on a wide range of projects involving digital media and new technologies, with a particular focus on software and IT solutions, artificial intelligence and big data. Having completed secondments with prominent media and tech industry companies, including Bauer Media, ITV and Amazon Web Services, Roch regularly advises clients on projects at the intersection of media and technology. He also gives guest lectures on AI at King's College London, and acts on the Board of the Polish City Club, where he was responsible for launching the first nationwide mentoring scheme for Eastern European students in the UK.

Scarlett Wheeler has over a decade of construction law experience gained in private practice and in industry, including as General Counsel for a design and build contractor, and as legal counsel at a London airport. She specialises in complex procurement transactions and contentious matters in the built environment, with a sharp commercial focus on protecting clients' interests, particularly in the office headquarters relocation space. Trusted by clients across sectors including high-end retail, offices, healthcare, hospitality, sports and mixed-use developments, her practice covers the full project life-cycle. She advises international and domestic occupier tenants, developers, funders, fit-out contractors, and professional consultants.
Gemma Woodhead joined Lewis Silkin after 12 years working in-house for Warner Bros. and has since undertaken a secondment with Epic Games, adding to her extensive experience in the interactive entertainment and media industries. She advises on the full range of employment law issues, with a particular specialism in advising on international issues. She frequently works on large-scale, cross border international projects such as restructurings, reductions in force, acquisitions and divestitures, and harmonisation of terms. She also advises on navigating complex disciplinary and grievances issues and managing dismissals (including sensitive senior exits).
Rachel Worrall is a specialist Real Estate lawyer working on complex real estate investment, acquisitions and disposals, headquarter moves and large, global real estate portfolios. She leads teams dealing with high value and high-profile portfolio and asset management work, and manages national property resourcing for corporate deals. Rachel provides expert support and solutions to corporate colleagues and clients on complex share/asset deals, high-profile, time-critical corporate deals, including traditional M&A as well as corporate wrapper deals, forward purchases and forward funded acquisitions, SPV acquisitions, Propco/Opco commercial arrangements, W&I backed transactions and portfolio and asset management work.
