Iskander advises and represents individuals and corporations in a wide range of corporate crime proceedings involving allegations of bribery, corruption, fraud and money laundering. He acts in matters before the Serious Fraud Office (SFO), the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA), the Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) and His Majesty’s Revenue and Customs (HMRC). He is regularly instructed by national and international corporates, together with ultra-high-net-worth individuals, in complex corporate crime matters.

In addition to his contentious practice, Iskander regularly trains directors of national and multinational organisations on anti-bribery and corruption (ABC) compliance, and assists clients in drafting or amending ABC policies and procedures. His instructions also extend to undertaking internal investigations for corporates following audit findings or whistleblower complaints, and advising energy clients on UK and EU sanctions regimes. Although the majority of his work is UK-focused, he is regularly instructed by clients based in the Middle East, where his fluency in Arabic is a key asset.

Iskander is the latest in a series of Partner hires for the firm’s dispute resolution team over recent years, most recently including insolvency specialist Mark Hague, who joined the firm in June 2026.

With Iskander’s arrival, the team now has 20 Partners and includes members based in London, Cardiff and Manchester.
