Building access information

• Convene is located on Level 3 of the 22 Bishopsgate building. 
• Entry to the building will be via a QR code that you will be sent in an email on Wednesday 18th June from notify@22bishopsgate.com with the subject line Your Appointment at 22 Bishopsgate. Do check your spam folder if you are unable to find it.
• On arrival to the building please make your way to lift bank A, scan your QR code and press Level 3 on the lift keypad.
• If you are unable to find your QR code please approach one of the lobby hosts who will be able to help you, you will need to show photo ID so your name can be cross checked on the delegate list. 
• Please ensure to carry photo ID, in case required upon arrival.

Food & beverages

• Breakfast - will be available in Bishopsgate Gallery. 
• AM/PM breaks – All day refreshments and snacks are available at the Nourish bars, situated in Bishopsgate, Leadenhall, and Lothbury Gallery areas
• Lunch – a buffet lunch will be available in Bishopsgate, Leadenhall, and Lothbury Gallery areas
• Drinks & Canapés – Drinks and canapés will be served after the conference in Leadenhall Gallery

Fire alarm test
Please be informed that the buildings regular fire alarm test procedure will take place on Thursday 19th June at 10am. During the interim of inspection, the fire alarm bells will sound for 60-90 seconds. We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Cloakroom
There is a cloakroom available for you to leave any belonging for the duration of the event.
