Georgena Clarke is Director of Employment EMEA at Sony PlayStation, leading strategy across the region and shaping workplace practices that drive inclusivity and growth. She sits on the BCF Advisory Panel, and the committee of the Inhouse Employment Lawyers Network, representing over 400 lawyers. Recognised as a nominee on the NPW Futures List and a contributor to the BBC, Georgena is a trusted voice on the future of work, diversity, and organisational culture. With deep legal and strategic expertise, she is committed to influencing decision-making at the highest level and creating environments where talent and business can thrive.

Mustafa is the Employee Relations Strategy Director for BT Group and an Employer Panel Member for the Central Arbitration Committee which is a tribunal of the Department for Business and Trade that resolves collective workplace disputes involving trade unions. 
 
He’s previously worked for several large unionised private and public sector organisations including British Airways, Heathrow Airport, Network Rail and Tesco. His career in HR has been focused on negotiating with trade unions, managing pay and reward, implementing workplace change, developing HR policies and overseeing employee casework including employment tribunal claims.
