Within the Firm, Aakriti plays a vital role in the Copyright, Advertising, and Marketing Law Department, offering invaluable counsel to global clients on diverse topics such as influencer marketing, native advertising, comparative advertising, and more. Aakriti is especially skilled in reviewing influencer policies, social media campaigns, websites, apps, and privacy policies to ensure strict compliance with Indian laws. Allison is the Global Secretary of GALA’s Executive Committee.
