Building access information
On arrival, please enter via the dedicated Crystal Ballroom entrance on Berkeley Street, as this is separate from the main hotel entrance on Stratton Street. Event signage and staff will be in place to welcome and direct you.

A welcome lunch will be served in the Crystal ballroom from 12:00 and main sessions will take place in the May Fair theatre.
