I am a partner in the real estate team and head up our construction practice.

Joining Lewis Silkin in 1996, I have specialised in construction law for almost 20 years. I also advise on public procurement issues. I am named by Chambers as a noted practitioner in my field.

My aim is to take a complex project, unravel it, make sure all understand it and, together, deal with it in a commercial, straightforward way.

Real Estate and Construction

My clients include developers, contractors, consultants, funders and occupiers of property. For them, I advise on projects as diverse as major regeneration schemes, mixed use development, new build and refurbishments of offices and hotels, and the fitting out of new or existing premises.

My experience includes advice on procurement strategy, drafting and negotiating complex development agreements, building contracts and ancillary documents as well as consultants’ terms of engagement.
